We have trained these individuals for superior communication, product knowledge, customer relation, supplier negotiation and above all to be innovative & focused in their jobs at all times.

Managing Director

The Managing Director of the company, he is the brain behind Eco Tours & Treks. A man of words and amiable nature. Believes in team work and is always available and manages the show efficiently. He knows Sikkim and the surrounding area as good as his palm.
After establishing necessary systems to support the agents and customers he is now heading the business promotion, products and contracting divisions of the company. Strongly believe in being different, competitive, honest and passionate at all times.
His core belief is to care for his employees, customers and sustain the established systems for better operations at all times. He fills the team with spirit & is the driving force of the organization. He focuses not on what they do, but on how they do it. Under his leadership service and customer satisfaction became the religion of the company. He has an exposure to the Tourism industry for the last eight years in management, operation & execution.

Mrs. Sonam Choden
Partner and Executive – Accounts Administration

A Homemaker, serving as a government employee from the last 09 years & has taken up the challenge to keep our accounts division updated. She implements the cost control measures in the office and also ensures that every one gets their due on time. Her strength is strict adherence to accounting systems, attention to the detail and perfect follow up on payments.

The man behind our Office Automation. He is hard working & sincere. He learns very fast and has the potential to grow fast. He is in charge of the company fleets. He makes sure that vehicle is trip fit at all times with all necessary insurance, permits, authorizations etc. He ensures that the vehicle reports clean for each trip with white seat covers and make sure the drivers report in time. He delivers the best to the clients at all times and live up to the commitments made by the management. He is always on the move.		She is in charge of executing the operational systems of Swift Replies, Supplier Liaison, Agents Co-ordination, file management and client destination co-ordination. She is available online at all time to support the clients and agents. She is warm and genteel and is very popular among our clients. Soft spoken and coolest one of our unit, she is liked by all.

He is soft spoken, quiet, wise and hard working. He is regular in his duty & a gentleman who knows his job well and handles arrival & departure formalities He never ever says no to anything and anyone. Sometimes goes as escort to manage the destination services for large groups. He is also in charge of government formalities & employee welfare.		He is hardworking, sincere & popular among the drivers and has started from the grass root level.He knows his job well and handles arrival & departure formalities. He sports a permanent smile and is liked by all and attached to us from the last eight years. He is always on the move.

Mr. Victor Rai Trek Cook – Adventure Division		Mr. Am Bahadur Ghimeray Trek Guide – Adventure Division
He has endurance in mental, physical and spiritual stamina too. He is a veteran trekker and a excellent cook too and boasts of preparing all types of cuisines including Chinese, Continental, Indian and local dish. He is involved with our adventure division & caters the best to our trekking groups so that they returned satisfied. His menu is prepared in varieties. During the lean season he keeps himself engaged by catering to many social functions like wedding functions, funerals, picnicking, religious occasions in the monasteries		He has endurance in mental, physical, and spiritual stamina & inspires others to reach for new heights. He is involved with our adventure operations & functioning of our Adventure Division. A Veteran trekker and mountaineer who has trekked extensively in high altitude areas of Sikkim and Darjeeling. There is great charm in his words. His planning, organization capability and skills contributes greatly.

Mr. Mangal Subba Sherpa – Adventure Division
He is hard working, reliable, sincere & has started from the grass root level. He is popularly known among us as Mama. He is a fit trekker & has trekked extensively in the high altitude areas of Green Lake, Dzongri/Goechala Pass, Singalila in Sikkim & Sandakphu area in Darjeeling. He has been working with us since 2004. He is involved with our adventure division & contributes greatly by taking care of our trekking gears & equipments while on a trek. He is an experienced lad with knowledge of tent pitchings/campsite management & commands respect among local village folks (porters & Yakmen) who normally accompany our trekking groups. Besides when we don’t have any trek movements he goes off to North Sikkim to supervise our Mountain Lodge at Lachung.
