If Eco Tours & Treks has to cancel any
trip or booking we shall refund all the money that you have
paid. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking
if we consider it necessary.

2. |
If cancellation or alteration by Eco
Tours & Treks is caused by events including war or threat of
war, strikes, civil strike, natural disaster, technical or
political difficulties affecting air or ground transport, or
events amounting to force measure, this will naturally limit
our liability. If such events occur before the departure
date, we will do our best to make alternative arrangements.
If these are not acceptable, than we will make a refund,
less any reasonable expenses that we may have incurred.

Eco Tours & Treks has no provision for
any insurance on luggage, accident, life or other allied
matters on any of the trips. You will have to make your own
arrangements in the matter, if required.

4. |
Additional service charges would be payable to Eco Tours &
Treks for any extra arrangements (like hotel reservations,
changes in existing travel arrangements, etc.)
|
|
|
5. |
In the unlikely event of any grievance
not being equably settled during your holiday, complaints
must be made in writing within 15 days of the end of your
holiday. Disputes or claims, if any, will be settled only
under the jurisdiction of Sikkim. |

BOOKING CONDITIONS
Your booking will be confirmed upon receipt of complete
booking form along with 50% advance payment and balance
settled one week prior to the scheduled tour / trek booking
with us. Payments may be made in :
a. U.S.Dollars
b. Indian Rupees ( Cash, Bank Draft, Bank Transfers) : For
Indian Agents and Domestic Tourists.
c. Swift / Bank Transfers : International Agents &
International Tourists can deposit cash / cheque in their
own country by Axis Bank Swift Code.

CANCELLATIONS CHARGES
Cancellation of confirmed arrangements, late
cancellation & no show will be charged accordingly.
Cancellation charges are not levied by Eco Tours & Treks.
However Hotels, Restaurants, & Transport Operators do charge
the cancellation fees depending on the circumstances.
As we often have to pay deposits to Hotels in order to
secure reservations, relevant charges will be invoiced to
you in advance.
A month before the start of the trip – 10 %
15 days before the start of the trip – 25 %
A week before the start of the trip – 75 % |

CONFIRMATION

All reservation requests will be
confirmed immediately. In the event, immediate confirmation
is not possible; booking status will be advised by email
within 48 hrs. |
