AIRLINES

For Sikkim the nearest airport is Bagdogra (124 km from Gangtok) in North Bengal with regular flight
service between Delhi, Calcutta & Guwahati.
Bhadrapur and Biratnagar are the two nearest airports in Nepal. Sikkim Tourism operates daily five-
seater helicopter service between Gangtok & Bagdogra connecting all civil flights.		  
     
   
  TRAIN

The two closest railway stations are Siliguri (114 km) and New Jalpaiguri(125 km from Gangtok) connecting Kolkata, Delhi, Guwahati, Dadar, Lucknow and other important cities in India.		  
     
   
 

ROAD

Gangtok is well connected by road to all districts headquarters within Sikkim, Darjeeling, Kalimpong,
Siliguri & Bhutan.
